The DUK7410T development board is based on the Fudan Micro JFM7K410T industrial-grade FPGA (Vivado toolchain compatible), integrating 406K logic cells, 63.5K LUTs, 1,540 DSP slices and 28.6 Mb of Block RAM, with 16 GTX transceiver pairs (up to 6.6 Gbps per channel) and a PCIe 2.0 x8 hard core. The 83.8×64.8mm SOM integrates 4GB DDR3 and 256Mb QSPI Flash; the 165×108mm carrier board breaks out FMC HPC, 2×SFP+, HDMI 4K input/output, Gigabit Ethernet, SD card and USB-JTAG, with 200MHz + 125MHz differential clocks.
