Fudan Micro JFM7K325T China Kintex-7 FPGA Development Board

Board model: DUK7325T V1.0

The DUK7325T development board is built on the Fudan Microelectronics JFM7K325T industrial-grade FPGA (Vivado toolchain compatible, industrial -40°C to +85°C), integrating 326K logic cells, 50.9K LUTs, 840 DSP slices and 16 Mb Block RAM, with 16 GTX transceiver pairs (up to 6.6 Gbps per lane) and a PCIe 2.0 x8 hard core. The 83.8×64.8mm core board integrates 4GB DDR3 (64-bit, up to 1866 Mbps) and 256Mb QSPI Flash; the 165×108mm carrier board with ENIG finish breaks out FMC HPC (8 GT pairs, 168 IO), 2×SFP+ optical interfaces, HDMI 4K input/output with loopback, Gigabit Ethernet, SD card, USB-JTAG and UART, plus 200MHz and 125MHz differential clocks. Targeting industrial control (PLC, motion control, EtherCAT slaves and protocol conversion), video & image processing (HDMI 4K loopback, multi-channel video stitching and hardware preprocessing), communication (2×SFP+ optical links, Aurora/Ethernet protocol loopback) and research & prototyping (digital circuits, communication principles and embedded system labs); the JFM7K325T is compatible with the XC7K325T, enabling smooth localization for power, rail transit and high-reliability equipment projects — a cost-effective choice for industrial vision and localization platforms. The core board and carrier board ship as a complete unit, with optional FMC ADC/DAC daughter cards; final configuration is subject to commercial confirmation.

Typical Application Scenarios

One platform, many roles

Industrial Control

Industrial sites impose strict requirements on control equipment: wide temperature range, interference immunity and deterministic latency. FPGA handles real-time control, protocol parsing and high-speed I/O acquisition with reconfigurable parallel logic, providing a highly reliable hardware foundation for PLC expansion, motion control and industrial communication buses. Duyuan industrial-grade boards support a -40~85°C wide temperature range and long-term stable supply, helping devices move from prototype verification to mass production.

Communications

5G/6G base stations and high-speed network equipment impose strict requirements on protocol processing, data forwarding and deterministic latency. With high-speed transceivers, reconfigurable protocol stacks and parallel pipelines, FPGA powers 100G optical communication, protocol processing and network security acceleration, providing a high-throughput, low-latency hardware platform from R&D to mass production.

Research & Prototyping

From university labs to enterprise pre-research, rapidly verifying algorithms and hardware architectures is the critical first step to project success. Duyuan FPGA development boards and SoMs provide rich high-speed interfaces, complete reference designs and end-to-end technical support for ASIC prototype verification, high-speed data acquisition, instrument development and academic research — helping teams turn ideas into working hardware systems quickly.

Video & Image Processing

4K/8K video, machine vision and industrial cameras impose strict requirements on end-to-end latency and interface coverage. With hardware-direct video paths and parallel pipelines, FPGA delivers microsecond-level deterministic processing in video encoding/decoding, image pre-processing, multi-protocol interfaces and low-latency transport, supporting deep customization of video services and vision algorithms.
